The ultimate Jekyll & Hyde team. Will we get the team that completely outplayed us at Odsal and also gaot a great win against Fax, or the team that turned up to Whitehaven with 16 players and got 60 put past them.
Two tough fixtures to end the regular season hopefully we win both and go into the play-offs full of confidence. All to play for with the possibility of finishing from 3rd to 5th. Really hope we manage to secure a home play-off tie.

still a lot of permutations with the last few games ... could come down to the fax batley fixture as to if we get a home game. regardless, win our 2 remaining fixtures (a big ask as both widnes and haven are producing results) and we will have a home game. batley-fax could decide if we finish 4th or 3rd. im also guessing the eagles game will not be re-arranged as this will help (if we win it) our %
I think we’ve overachieved this year to be secured in the playoffs with two games to go. Especially after that first game getting tonked at Sheffield I think most of us thought it was going to be a very long hard season.
The aim now has to be to get 3rd or 4th and a home tie. Widnes and Haven will be very tough but we can beat them both. I’d say we were very wasteful vs Widnes at odsal and could have won that game if we respected the ball a bit better. Haven are on fire but they have to travel to us so again it’s winnable and in our hands.
All this depending on the team we can cobble together of course. We will need a lot of bodies back from that Toulouse game to have a chance of beating Widnes or haven

Social distancing rules back then meant that teams couldn't practice on mats, couldn't practice contact, couldn't practice ruck control. RFL were doing spot checks - although likely teams closer to the M62 corridor would find themselves checked a bit more than other teams. If you think back to that first game, one team had obviously practiced all those things and the other hadn't...
Yeah I think anyone with a brain can work out what went on. They beat us, York and drew against London in the opening four rounds. Theyve won 3 games since then, all 3 against the bottom two and all 3 by narrow margins. Throw in Batleys comments as well, it's disappointing.
