Club are recruiting for a head of strength and conditioning. Given poor condition a lot of players looked to be in for early games is it case we didn't have anyone in place for pre-season or we had someone who's now left due to poor performance?.

It was Adam Simpson, so we had one. Kear praised him in 2020 so wonder what went wrong this year.
