I remember the glory days of special celebrity guests like Gareth Gates' sister, MC Wiggy from the hit man and her and - as recently as last year- local celebrity snake Ethel the python.
However, I feel we have fallen behind while our local rivals are upping their game.
I now wake up to the news that internationally famous Katie Price - only the best known model in the world - is to turn out at cougar park on Sunday...

I find this very disrespectful, as I graciously put in a personal appearance, free, every week, which is why we get the biggest crowds.

Odd on a minute, we did get the occasional 'True' Gold standard celeb as well. Tony Hadley, for instance..
