maybe worth a punt ? out of contract and a very good prop imo

the alternative would probably be Paalienseina ( or however your spell it )

I was told this morning that we've allegedly signed feka on a 2 year deal (I'd assume wigan have given us permission to talk to him before anti tamper deadline as they arent going to renew his deal anyway)

problem with weyman and many other names people are floating around is we have no quota spots next year, unless we dont retain menzies, so you can rule out any overseas signings.

well Kearney has apparentley been homesick and may request a realease......and glenn hall may be released if he doesnt pick up performances
may not happen but a possibility as many criticise him for only being on the pitch for 5 mins and dropping it too many times

all up to Harry Potter to wave his magic wand and hopefully turn the club around :D

kearney may wwell be on his way back to the nrl
he just hasnt shown the same promise when returning the ball back as he did at the beginning of the season.....i understand that he has not had a rest but the spark isnt there...playing in a team that have no coordination and him being made to play out of position now and agai n probably doesnt impress him either
playing with donkeys may also put him off

so because a player coming back from injury doesnt look quite upto speed you decide he's obviously looking to get out of his contract  theres a difference between a genuine rumour and your opinion of what you'd like to happen.

he is a very good player not going against that
why would you go half way round the world to stay on at a team who are financially in trouble and are are probably not going to make the play offs for a second season ?
top players sign for the likes of wigan,,saints, leeds because they want to be in a winning environment....thats why we have made "average signings" over the past few years because of all the wages we payed in 2005 and 06
matt orford has come for the money and everyone knows it...and the oppertunity to play with
former team mates

Because he's under contract which means it's as much the club's decision as it is the player's. End of discussion.

thats ok then. we should obviously only expect to sign average players as no decent players are going to want to come to us  :STUPID:

Ignore <cough, cough . . . . ANYTHING but this . . . . viewtopic.php?f=19&t=458510 - BP>

Kearney isn't going anywhere.

Mat, would Feka be off quota if we signed him?
