The Squad is:
Matt Cook, Elliott Whitehead, Rikki Sheriffe, Sam Burgess, Paul Sykes, Nick Scruton, Steve Menzies, Terry Newton, Jason Crookes, Paul Deacon, Matt James, Glenn Morrison, Wayne Godwin, Craig Kopczak, Ben Jeffries, Semi Tadulala, Michael Worrincy, Michael Platt, Chris Nero
I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.
Given our lack of creativity in the back row I'll like to see Crookes get a chance. It won't happen though, it'll be the same team who couldn't cross the line against Huddersfield.
Wigan 19: Amos Roberts, George Carmont, Pat Richards, Tim Smith, Thomas Leuluai, Stuart Fielden, Mark Riddell, Iafeta Paleaaesina, Gareth Hock, Phil Bailey, Sean O'Loughlin, Joel Tomkins, Andy Coley, Harrison Hansen, Michael McIlorum, Karl Pryce, Eamon O'Carroll, Sam Tomkins, Shaun Ainscough.

I think we have a chance in this. By all accounts Wigan have been awful in defence so far. Our discipline has improved this season. Provided we can be a bit more creative I think we'll sneak it.
My only concern is that Wigan have great impact on the bench in Feka and Hock whereas we have nothing like that. We may end up competing for the first 20 then losing our grip if their impact players get a roll on.
At least we don't have to worry about their speed out of dummy half now Riddell's taken Higham's place.
"If you start listening to the fans it won't be long before you're sitting with them," - Wayne Bennett.
On paper I think our squads are pretty evenly match, but Wigans backs are considerably better. Roberts and Riddell aren't proving to be very worthwhile signings as of yet, but that comment may come back to bite me on the bum. Also it will be interesting to see if Tomkins gets a chance over Tim Smith.
