I haven't listened to it, but I'm told that in the Bulls podcast, Steve McNamara states that the authorities are very close to reaching a verdict on Greg Birds visa application. It should be expected within days.
Not sure how he knows that, as I thought details weren't given out on visa applications until they'd reached an outcome?

He said that according to the latest information they had received, the verdict was due in a matter of days. Apparently the RFL have been assisting to put pressure on the authorities to help speed things up for all clubs.

Dunno about details but I'm sure they give you a date for the decision

The writing is too small. I can see Ryan Bailey plays super league but that's all. What does the rest of it say?
this one's better

when two opposite points of view are expressed with equal intensity, the truth does not necessarily lie exactly halfway between them. It is possible for one side to be simply wrong.

99.9% sure he won't be playing against Hull KR. Best case scenario is against the Giants if he is granted his visa this week. But he'll need some sessions to learn the Bulls plays so it could even be March..
