I was thinking that the Brilliants chef bottled it (and the owner stepped in) and that would have had to count against them ultimately.
Where is it? Google Map seems to suggest Lidgett Green? Might have to have a slab of meat before I go in

It's on the corner of Horton Grange Road & Woodhead Road. Whether that's Lidget Green I've no idea.
That & the fact that they got the prawns wrong twice should have meant it was all over before the the cooking at Ramsay's place.
