Then let the bench start punching holes through Oldham. Only way Oldham win today is if we drop the ball and give away penalties. Still would have preferred Bustin ahead of Kirk.
Hope you’re right.
Agree regarding Bustin. He was excellent in the first half of the season. Not sure why Kirk is ahead of him at the moment.
Needs a strong ref today who won't stand any Oldham nonsense, and is experienced enough not to be "old manned" by what will be a likely last gasp fist fight by Oldham. I reckon we SHOULD win this easily, but won't take off the waterproof undies till the whistle goes for F.T !
Excellent. In the context of importance of that game, best performance of the season.Completed sets early on and set a platform for the rest of the game.Very happy.
The more he talked of his honour, the faster we counted our spoons.
Best performance of season. Kear got his selection spot on (except if Bustin was fit he should have been in for Kirk). Minchella superb, his pass to Gibson for his try was top drawer. Chizzys' game management was good and Keyes looks a yard faster lately when he does his show and go. Peltier very powerful as usual and Flanagan put more zip into our go forward when he came on. Workington next week and we deffo owe Pryce one. Onwards and upwards.

The most... composed.... performance of the year, barring Peltz's brainfart at the end. Let hope when Pryce's lot start their grubby tactics we can remain as calm.
Though the ref had a good game too, didn't really notice him until 60 mins
Well done and congratulations to the Bulls One of the best all round team games from the Bulls this season for me. Defence awesome, completion of sets in the main very good, a lack of unforced errors, some good backing up and support play, and we nilled Oldham on top just to complete the afternoon. Now we need to replicate all that next week against Leon's grubby team tactics. Hope the ref is a really top official, and is conscious of the tactics Workington can adopt.
What a performance! Are we about to hit a good spot of form at the right time of the year?
I felt that Flanagan and Peltier were the game changers during the first 40 mins. Our intensity stepped up another level and Oldham were blown away. Minchella and Keyes also looked very dangerous going forward.
Great composure and some excellent play (Hitchcox & Gibson’s scores). If we play like we did today we should be fine next week.
