Mate, do you really think it was his money he was playing with? Not paying the bills, players paid late, [EDIT] I now don’t believe a word that Chalmers said regarding finances, [EDIT]
And just to really make me smile a certain w@nker is now following me on Twitter, not that I ever put anything on there, but I can see all the poop they put. Don’t know how to delete them as well ha. If anybody doesn’t know who it is, it’s an anagram of egg nest

The point I’m making is that AC sold us savings and despite writing his debt off we still seemingly have plenty of other creditors to settle or now settled. Somehow I don’t think at the end of the season we will be cash rich

Because he is [EDIT - to avoid you or RLFans getting into hot water I've taken that bit out - Pumpers] Does that fill anybody with confidence?? Chalmers has not written debt off, it’s just another load of lies from him and his mate. I know there is only one reason Wood is involved, the land. Believe me, I know that is the case. Don’t you think it’s strange he hasn’t said anything since all this come to light back in October. People once again are getting fooled

You sure Roger? The Council own the land and I'm sure the original long term lease included a clause that said Rugby League had to be played regularly at Odsal or the lease could be voided and the ground returned back to the Council! There's no way Wood could manipulate a land deal directly or indirectly via third parties!
The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

Wood was involved in council discussions about Richard Dunn's, selling Odsal and 'moving the RFL HQ to a new site' on Richard Dunn site.
He's been there with the RFL since the start and now with us. He knows the situation inside out and having got his fingers burnt selling Thrum Hall he's more experienced this time round. He know's there's money to be made. Walk away from Odsal though and that's gone. The only thing I don't get is why he let AC pull that stunt?

Hi mate
I have had the same Chris, I have spoken to one of the people he is asking for info about (not Mick) and the mans a complete nutjob. I got sent a picture of him, he turned up at our rugby club pretending to be from sport england using a different name promising to get the club money from the RFL for players who went made pro debuts! Said the RFL had fraudulently taken the money and not dished it out! Needs to totally quit his tirades

Maybe we will see a few of these next year from Leeds, release the player for the year but agree to re-sign them in a year sure they did it with Featherstone before to get round the 5 player limit

Exactly the point I was going to make. They've done it with Fev in the past. I can almost guarantee that if Leeds needed him this year, they'd mysteriously re-sign him before the end of the season too as they did with Luke Briscoe.
End of the day beggars can't be choosers at the moment so if they have to do this to get around the loan rules, so be it. At least it's a player with a history with the club and more likely to give a monkeys.
