Hasn't the pool been dropped from the latest plans for the OSV due to "funding gaps" and also under the guise of a "strategic review" ?

Not sure, but with all this save the pools stuff that the T&A are pumping money into i'd be suprised if it has been dropped.
I'm sure we're losing Richard Dunnes anyway, maybe not replacing it though if what you say is right. But the state Richard Dunnes is apparently in regardless of what happens to Odsal it won't be around much longer as the costs to maintain it are too high.
Great news for them. Can't help wondering what was so different about the old Sterling Capitol plan that meant that had to be called in for an inquiry while this hasn't.
Again, glad for Saints but left wondering why it wasn't possible for us six years ago.
Times change and precedents are set,eg Salfords planning application.
However as Saints fans we got organised via the SBS, and held marches , put pressure on the politicians to act in support of a new stadium, wrote letters to the government department, held demonstations outside Morrisons etc.
Bulls fans need to get organised and start putting the heat on councillors and MP's

Everything in there is consistent with what I was told, especially the last 2 para's.
