There are rules about compensation for academy players, so I assume that has been factored in?

Also says in the article that Milnes likely to be coming back to Bulls for 2020 on loan.

Agreed. They'll be some howls of discontent as some think going through pain doesn't involve players leaving. The players may end up even coming back (how many players did Wakey sell only for them to come back a year later)

I wish them all the best.

Gutted most about Minchella if he’s one of them!

Interesting that they've held off on this announcement until AFTER the fans forums are over and done with. Try and get the fans back onside only to blindside them with our best and brightest being sold off

Here come the new owners, same as the old owners.

Well he is.

When Bradford born, raised and Bulls fans as kids are leaving like this (includes Peltier) - then it says it all for me.

Not prepared to go "oh well we need to rebuild" and all that ****

And I wonder if they are all with the same agent?

Hmmm who could that be I wonder

Throughout this episode and previous there is never any mention of player welfare, man management, comms with the players, unpaid medical bills et al.

All pushed under the carpet.

So "we are dealing with creditors" turns out to be losing some of our best players (again). Jy Hitchcox no doubt will be off too.

This club gets a numerous and loyal following - more than is deserved.

For me - the fan base loyalty is exploited over and over.

But not by me any longer.

Pleased for Keyes to get a shot at SL, he's got the talent if Hull KR give him a fair chance.

Sorry to see the players go but it was no secret that players would be going. Sort of hoped we night have held onto Minchella as he was obviously a Bulls fan and player. Can't begrudge them securing SL deals though especially in the mess we are in.

DILLIGAF wrote:Aaron Bower has just made a very good point. Mark Sawyer sells these players to Hull KR. Hull KR have them as fringe players, so end up farming them out on Dual Reg to their DR partners. Their partner this year is Dewsbury. So Sawyer sells them from Bradford and ends up getting them playing for Dewsbury.

I'm not insinuating there's anything dodgy about it, but how is this not seen as a conflict of interest?

You can't make it up can you.
Perhaps we should change our nickname to Bradford Village Idiots.

Some mistake surely? I was assured by many blue socked fans on this board that Keyes was Hafilacks bound?

This ST is going to be a real hard sell:

1 - Soul ripped from the team? check
2 - The best young players hocked off? check
3 - Play out of city? check
4 - reassuring comments from 'temporary' owners about stability? check

Only waiting for the "Exploit fans loyalty for financial gain" bit and its a full house.

Dunno about you guys, but I'm pretty sick of this. It isn't fun. It isn't why I like RL. It's genuinely depressing.
