The social media stuff seems to be pretty good. What else is going on (obviously I'm not party to that!)? Back in the day local radio ads and billboard ads were prevalent, though we may not nave the budget now.
Can we re-engage more of the 10,000 (ish) fan base we had back in the hey day? Surely contact details are on file to try?
Schools was always the other sure fire way to spark interest - free tickets and parents dragged along and hopefully getting hooked.
Season ticket holders - Bring a mate for say a fiver a few times through the campaign may also bear some fruit ....
