Unlucky Bulls....sounded like a cracking game.

Gutted. Was following the twitter feed. Really thought we had it at one point! A 3 point loss to a decent SL side is a good score, would have been nice to win. Focus on the league now.

Wakey fan here....you guys were unlucky tonight and were the best team out there for most of that match.
You out-enthused us and out-played us for large parts of the game and Lilley was man of the match for quite a few of us Wakey fans in the Northstand.
If you can play like that every week (assuming the season does not get terminated by Coronavirus) then you will definitely be pushing for promotion come the business end of the season.

As a Wakey fan I thought the best team lost tonight. Your enthusiasm and desire nearly beat us. Good luck for the rest of the season.

We did really well last night. The first two Wakey tries were scored more by luck than skill and we were unlucky to not come away with the win but I think it was more down to us running out of gas in the last 10 minutes or so and a couple of times where the ball carried tried to bring it closer to the sticks rather than just get over the whitewash.

I've been to every match this season and this is by far the best we have played. If we can keep this standard up then we have no fear of relegation. In the match we created enough chances to have won. We didn't take enough of our chances while Wakefield took most of theirs including half chances. That seemed to be the difference between the sides. A mention must be made about the referee I thought he had a really good game. Yes you could argue about the odd decision but generally he got it spot on. Importantly he let the game flow which made it a really good game to watch. A good evenings entertainment thanks to all involved.
