Finished 20-14 to the Bulls

What a win. Not the best game in truth but some promising defence and one or two good individual performances.

Steve Crosslet put a massive shift in. Milne's running in the second half caused them loads of problems and I thought Sam Barlow looked threatening cos he always got his arm free for the offload, which could be very useful for our second phase play. Shame he got binned.

Just watching the Bradford game back and a special mention for Joe Brown for a stunning performance, looking so bright down the left-wing. Another who excelled defensively stopping Derrell Olpherts on three occasions. Ross Oakes defensively excellent as his centre partner.

Plenty of positives from this morning’s game. Ebon Scurr looks a real prospect for the club - never took a backward step. Rowan Milnes/ Jordan Lilley looked confident and comfortable marshalling the ball/players with a real intelligence to all aspects of their game (forcing Greg Eden to drop out three times in the second half a good example).

Nothing serious to the neck, will be assessed for concussion.
