[quote="belcki"] We understand that the future of Odsal, and rugby league at Odsal, rests in the hands of two ladies - Susan Hinchcliffe (Council Leader) and the unelected Council Chief Executive, Kersten England (a Scot) [/quote
Theirin lies you're problem.

You want them knowing deep down it’s rubbish but with enough of a hint of truth to it to make them think again.
You’ve shot your load on the first post there. The biggest stadium in Yorkshire for a rugby league club? Paid for by the local council? Only wankfield fans would fall for such a far fetched idea.
Good 'how to' piece about trolling and you do post some great posts but you do go on about Wakey far too much. Yes some of our lot are professional trolls, and yes, they did go way over the top when you were in the poop, but you are out of it now and coming back; we have had our similar troubles and have hopefully left all that behind us. Looking forward to stuffing you in SL in 2-3 years time!

Maybe Bellendski is onto something. Maybe we have all been too quick to look at their badly spelled posts and jumped to a conclusion that they are some unfunny, conspiratorial troll.
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt Bendylicky. I think that these are only three options for a new stadium:
1 - 2 plastic garden patio chairs and a windbreak, on the site where the Peel pub used to be 2 - a badly decayed, round beer garden chair that seats 6 in Brian Nobles back garden (next to the ornamental pool with the gnomes) 3 - the actual Wembley of the north, with sofa seating for half a million and anti-gravity lifts. Floating about 500 feet above Osdal on giant airships.
I'm going to vote for all three. And I have tweeted @phildenty1 to let them know.
Thanks for opening my eyes. Stay woke people!
Also, on a side note, what did @phildenty1/bentekke want to get in contact with Dane Chisholm about so urgently they had to message Rohan Smith? Is his tea ready?
Never trust a man who, when left alone in a room with a tea cosy, doesn't try it on.

Thank you Damian Irvine for your response of 15 October to our post as placed on Twitter, and copied on to this RL forum. Your words are repeated below:

Utter garbage. Bradford Park Avenue are making plans on spending on improvements at Horsfall which will see them there for years. BULLS HOME IS ODSAL & WILL BE ALWAYS. No public stadium even possible at Wyke (fall out zone of NuFarm) but Council building a community training centre. Facts
12:57 pm - 15 Oct 2018"
Apologies for the slight delay in responding.
It is wonderful to hear from the horse's mouth that Rugby League WILL be played seemingly forever at Odsal stadium. Thank you for your gracious, prompt and truthful admission.
Odsal is not a blight; it is a Bradford asset that will continue to house the wonderful sport of Rugby League.
As you and Bradford Council's head honcho, Kersten England, know there is a problematic clause in the Odsal Head Lease which states that Rugby League need not be played at Odsal after May 2019.
We agree with you that Susan Hinchcliffe, Kersten England and Ralph Rimmer will now continue to do the right thing. We know you Damian want to abide by the fans express wishes (as the 1300 Twitter Poll votes to date confirm) that RL will definitely be played at Odsal forever and a day.
To make sure this will happen after post Spring 2019 we ask that the following be done, and we know that Kersten and Susan will agree. Namely, that Odsal management, the RFL and Bradford Council delete the clause in the Odsal Head Lease that says that Rugby League could end at Odsal in Spring 2019, and as per your promise as above add a new clause to the lease guaranteeing that Rugby League will be played at Odsal for at least the next 50 years. This clause will then protect any owner of the club from land speculators who may see Odsal as one of the prime development sites in the region that could reap profit for some who may possibly have their noses in our trough albeit to the exclusion of Rugby League.
We are now speaking with a common desire, and for many thousands of Bulls supporters, when you and we say that the future of Rugby League at Odsal can be assured.
Please be so kind as to set this in motion now before the present clause expires and publish irrefutable written evidence for all Bulls fans to see that the future of Rugby League at Odsal is guaranteed for at least the next 50 years and we trust the related document signed by the Bulls owner (Mr Chalmers), you, the Head Lessee, and the Council will be published for all to see and registered at the Land Registry.
We trust that Kersten England and Nigel Wood will in particular share in this virtuous Common Purpose.
Once again Damian thanks for your kind and supportive response. You are a star.
P.S.We do have one query re what you said in your above tweet which is at odds with what one of our Council sources tells us. We are told that your new mate, Daniel J from Manchester, has already been given permission by Bradford Council's Kersten England, Julian Jackson and Susan Hinchcliffe to build houses at Horsfall. Belcki would like to put a deposit down on the first plot.

Anyway, Leecki, time for my tin foil to get an outing!
Why would you be sooooooo averse to Bradford having their lease terminated and compensated for in any sale of Odsal, especially as the council would have to look to re-home the Bulls and presumably PA using the considerable funds the site *could* release with a sale to the right person.
You worried a resurgent Bulls in a decent stadium would push out a poorly homed KR or even Wakey perhaps when the overlords return to licencing post '21?
Is that why the overlords wanted to buy Odsal? To put a clause in stating the 'Odsal must become a Millstone round Bradfords neck to ensure CH is the highest the could possibly think about'

What fall out zone from Nufarm is that.
I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

The HSE has written to Bradford Council setting out the risks of developing a sports facility so close to this plant.
The letter said: “There are a range of major accident hazards that may affect the development site from nearby NuFarm Ltd., but risks are dominated by an incident that could involve a drifting cloud of dense toxic gas, large enough to cover the whole site.
“Such an incident could lead to multiple fatalities amongst people who are outdoors at the time.”
This was in the T and A regarding the current plan for the land.
