I'd hate to see him leave but as others have said, he's already good enough for Super League. He'd be one of the best defensive wingers in the league and there's not many better at attacking high balls either.

I guess it depends what his motivation is. Does he feel that Bradford are on the up and a push for promotion is possible in the next couple of years under a good coach like Kear. For a local lad, perhaps being part of that journey is very appealing?

In my mind I've always thought Cas would go in for him and there has been the odd rumour here and there. With Minikin set to depart, I would hope we'd make a play for Ryan.

If Cas made a move for him I think he'd be crazy/loyal beyond belief to stick with the Bulls. Cas often seem to be able to extract the best from their players and I think Ethan would flourish.

We can't grumble if he goes for a better offer, I just don't believe the offer of SL from any side in that division would be better than staying with the Bulls a little longer.

Ethan comes from nowhere, to get there before him. He's a natural RL player who knows how to read the game. You can't teach that. We've missed it all year with Pickersgill at FB. If Ryan's not at FB Lolahea scores that try (I believe to level it up) and I think we probably lose the game.
