TBH Hudders managed to do that to us and they didn't get tired. They slowed us down sufficiently to negate anything we had in attack. Most teams get at least 2 into the tackle to do this, sometimes three.
It stands to reason if we slow down the oppositions ptb we get more time in defence so conserve more energy.
