It was just so obvious. Wakefield need to show off their new stand and the Bulls away fans are needed to fill it. I see it’s then Halifax at home. If we’re having a totally brutal start then I would assume games 3-6 will be a combination of Fev, Toulouse, Batley and York.

Pollsters doing Excellent job - say recent polls.

RFLs pet's though! Every chuffing year we get sent to the hardest club for the opening game.

Hasn't Bradford's opening game in the last 3 years been against clubs that finished in the bottom 3? Sheffield, then Dewsbury, then Whitehaven last year?

Ok maybe I was OTT with every year comment but still, every time there's a club with a buzz about them, on the up etc we get sent there to give them a big crowd(never to us). Leigh 2015, York 2018, Wakey now.

It actually might just be the best time to play them.

We have to play them at some point, so why not their first outing with a largely new squad - before they have chance to knit together as a team

Think the "All New" 1895 Cup should scrub that out as a hope!

Don't blame Derek, it's the RFL and their "chums".

Nah, I imagine your lot will be mostly down the west stand side or part of the North, I can't imagine we'll need your fans to show a stand that's sold out for the main season. We've already sold over 4500 season tickets in the first 2 weeks. 8)

Wakefield have sold around 5,000 season tickets with 3 months to go before the league season starts so I doubt the Bulls supporters are being used to make opening the new stand a big event.
