This is a mystery to me... The web site says the money goes as below;
Where does your Money go? The Lottery is a major source of funding for the Bradford Bulls Senior and Junior squads. Anyone who is a member of the Big One Club Lottery is making a major contribution to the ongoing success of our Youth Development with the like of Ethan Ryan, Ross Oakes and James Bentley coming through in recent years.
And now, years later and previously unannounced until the presence of Nigel Wood, the £100,000 mysteriously comes to light.
Gary Pettit saying that Green tried to access the money while he was killing the club, so its frozen as publicised.
As far as I am concerned (as a lottery contributor - at the moment), that money belongs to a separate fund under control of Bullbuilder? Or aimed at youth development only?
I wonder if Wood is after the money to take it and spend elsewhere.
Are there other lottery contributors on here who see it as less threatening?
And yes I am paranoid regards Nigel Wood, I have loathed the bloke for years and do not trust him one jot. As long as he is involved with the club, I won't rest easy.
And if this £100,000 gets mis-spent or frittered away, then that's my lottery contributions terminated (after 20 years)
This whole episode, since the end of the season, leaves me totally sick to think of the shambles our once proud club has become. It appears that more and more questions need to be asked regarding the takeover by Wood, Sawyer, etc. Although I was unable to attend the 2 fans forums, I'm not sure for one minute that we (as fans) have been given the whole picture regarding both the new owners and the assets of the club. IF the above post is true, then surely someone needs to supply answers to the fans whose hard earned cash is sitting in some dormant account. When looking around the various threads and posts, the questions being asked by fans and some intensely "interested parties" are certainly pertinent, and the answers should be in the public domain, in my opinion. Surely it's now time for a small number of supporters from the various "official" wings of supporters (RAB, BullBuilder, etc.) to request a meeting with the new consortium, in order to put a few salient questions to them which may not have been aired in a larger gathering such as the 2 forums. Once we get a few truthful answers, we might then all be a little easier with supporting the club during this difficult period. IIRC, wasn't there something like this organised a few years ago, whereby a handful of supporters met with the owners and obtained satisfactory (or otherwise!) answers to their questions which were then posted out to supporters sites ? Or am I wearing the rose tinteds again ?

Well said Jimmy.
Over time more and more of us are gradually beginning to see the light.

I cancelled my lottery some time ago. Towards the end I never had any communication from the club, although the money kept getting taken. It got to the point where I wasn't 100 per cent sure if I was actually paying into an active lottery so I cancelled my standing order. I know they publish winners on the website but you'd think you'd at least receive the occasional mail or email highlighting what you money has helped pay for.
I'll stick with Bullbuilder, they at least bother to stay in contact to show where your money is being spent.

If it's the clubs money then why can't they have it?
If it's been paid to the club then unfortunately it isn't anybodies hard earned cash any more, other than the club.
Wasn't it said at one of the forums that it was from around the Omar Khan era? If that's the case, it surely belongs to the club that liquidated and folded. Rather than the one that started in it's place and bought the intellectual property. I highly doubt they managed to "buy" a bank account with £100k in it as part of that deal.
So either it belongs to the company that no longer exists, or it belongs to the current club and that whole idea of them being a new club and the other one died was nothing but tosh.

I paid into the lottery for years then realised about 6 months after we went t**s up the 2nd time no draws had been made and my money was going down a black hole so cancelled the direct debit and have never rejoined.

When I inquired a few months after Greens demise seeing the Big 1 was back in action, I did ask what happened to the money I was told it had been ring fenced and that it was separate to the Bulls accounts!
I just thought that it would eventually go to where it should so it was a surprise to that it was still languishing, perhaps it should be released to the Academy funds or the Bulls Foundation
Though Mick did say on twitter that it included Bulls TV monies as well and that there were some outstanding payments to Agents also in the mix. So apart from the Agents who should get paid the rest should go to where it was intended. It's monies most will have written off and will know it will be going to the cause intended!
The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

I suppose it’s a sign of how we were run at the time, but why would the Bulls TV income have gone into this account in the first place? Surely this was just general trading income and should have gone into the Bulls main account
