Ryan was good too, positioned well and took some difficult kicks. Mikey Wood had a strong game and Minchella looked better in at loose forward.

1. Storton - had his best game for us since last year and made some good reads on the edge defence.

2. Oakes - was the key to two tries with his quick hands and ability to time the pass. Also cut down the Batley attack on numerous times.

3. Wildie - wanted to put Ryan or DFG but Wildie controlled things really well and switched the play up a bit more. Straightened up more than Lilley and organised well.
