Got to give credit to the Bulls foundation for organising this new 10 week course free of charge to get lads over 35 active.

I would encourage anyone with a spare hour on a wednesday to come along its at the new sedbergh site.

The more that come the less running I will have to do!! haha

They are hoping to create a bulls masters team frm it which would be really good
