except we dont own the site, the council does and would likely use the funds raised to build a pond outside city hall

Lets hope this is a positive for the club and they get the go ahead, its whats needed in my opinion 1) to give the fans and team summert to look forward to and 2) to be up there with all the rest of the teams with new stadia.
