From being nailed on at Catalan 3 weeks ago, there were rumors Pryce is close to signing a new Saints deal, and now theres strong links to Catalan again.

Is Pryce likely to stay here? He's seems to be proving his fitness, Saints would be daft not to offer him a contract.

I wish something would be confirmed soon.

How many stand off do they want at the Bulls?

Looking at their results recently they've been standing off a little too much.

As a fan of another club I couldn't care less if Pryce stays at Saints, he doesn't worry me in the big games. He so often goes missing.

I would love to see Pryce at catalans though, I think he could improve them.

I still think his best position would be FB. Less pressure to organise and kick and he can come into the game with his pace and vision when he wants to.

It's vital we either keep him, or bring in a proven quality playmaker (which is highly, highly unlikely).

Devastating when on his game, and for those who have criticised him for drifting in and out of games, I give you... Tommy Martyn.

One of the few matchwinners we can boast.

That's a bit of a Myth imo.
Saints fans frustrations at our record in Finals recently have led to this being discussed, but lets not forget he's got both a Harry Sunderland and a Lance Todd trophy in his cabinet at home.
He broke Hull in the 2006 GF with a try and did the same in the CC final game a year or two later.
In our hat trick of CC wins the Final was not always the hardest game, the 2008 semi final against Leeds in Huddersfield was possibly the biggest match of the season outside of the GF and, again, it was Pryce that came up with the decisive try.

Friday night may not have been what you class as a big game, but it was important and it was Pryce that broke the deadlock against a tough team before anyone else and I've seen him pull us out of the s*** when the rest of the team had flagged often enough to know he's not someone that "only looks good because of the players around him".

In one of our biggest league games last year he wowed the DW with a man of the match performance (only for Stevo to give the award to foster for a last minute catch!?), at one point scoring a solo try from the scrum base, awarded to us afte a 40-20 kicked by.....you guessed it.

It's not a myth it's just incorrect.
