Right people, we're just 11 days from me beginning the Three Peaks Challenge and I need everyone to give as much as they can towards an extremely worthwhile cause - Diabetes UK.

I'll be climbing Ben Nevis in Fort William, Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District, and Snowdon in Wales, all within a 24 hour period. It's going to be pretty tough, but the money I hope to raise for Diabetes UK will make it all worthwhile.

For those who don't know, Diabetes UK are an excellent charity; they're the largest organisation in the UK working on behalf of all people who are affected by Diabetes. Their work improves the lives of people who suffer from the disease immeasurably, so please give what you can. I understand that times are hard at the moment, but whatever you can spare will help, and I'll be extremely grateful.

Please visit http://www.justgiving.com/philleivesley to donate online, or alternatively please send a private message to me with your name, contact details and the amount you wish to donate, and I will make contact with you.

Thankyou very much!
