The Fozz. Bryn has gone backwards, and does so in contact, Frodsham for all his potential needs a folly, and Maurie is just failing to impress when the hard graft is needed.

I was thinking that, Fozz was looking good today. Seemed like he had lost a little weight and he looked really enthusiastic. eeek, maybe it was a big mistake letting him go.

Just a bit O/T but Long and Puletua were Saints best players tonight. TP is a monster, very hard to tackle. Roby and Cunningham went missing to be fair.

In summary, HKR are made up of of a few overrated foreigners, a couple of Wigan rejects and a couple of blokes I have never heard of.
Saints by plenty, by miles even!

HKR are about as poor as it gets.
When referring to the atmosphere of the HJ...

Shame it doesn't keep the sound like the full east stand of HKR. That's atmosphere.

I actually think we're slightly stronger up front this year. Puletua is superb, he has great hands and makes big yards. We've lacked a big prop ever since Anderson left, that's not a problem from this year but the last two seasons and the start of this.
I thought we missed Pryce tonight. He makes big yards off the back of good PTB's, offloads the ball and gives us another creative option in the middle.

Long?
Are you taking the mick?
He did hardly anything, except one good pass and kick a few goals.
TP was our best player tonight, he's a beast.[/i]

Bob on. I thought we dominated more than enough up front but lacked any sort of creativity when attacking their line. The forwards did their job but nothing was done on the back of it. Pryce, for all his negatives, was severely missed tonight.

The player we have never quite replaced is Paul Anderson - trundling away, but always going forward...Only Graham matches his go forward. Have we won the big prize since he left?

He is our top tackler so far in 2009 and made 41 against Warrington, only missing 3.
He is a talented footballer in terms of having a decent kicking game and a decent pair of hands, but his work rate is often overlooked with a lot of people having him down as a show pony.
The reality is he was our 3rd top tackler last year too, averaging 27 tackles a game.
