It was a bit weird tbh, they didnt say it was definately scrapped, they said they hadnt heard anything about it for this year, and that they would know about it if it was running, so it cant be! You know when someone looks at you as if youre the stupid one for asking the question?
Theres also something in the legal notice part of this weeks Reporter about a prohibition notice for the streets surrounding Knowsley Road.
Couldnt work out what it meant could only assume there might be a problem parking on the streets that it listed,
