Condolences to his family, it always hurts to lose one of the RL family. Wakefield must be in shock as a club, what an horrific 12 months they are going through.
I know it's not the time for it, but are there any details of how it happened? Was it another unexpected death like Watene or was it related to an impact in the game?

The BBC mentioned a heart attack earlier but this has since been deleted from their report.
I thnk its a case of too early to tell and thats probably how it should be.

I have a feeling that it may be canceled,
tomorrow the club will decide whether to go ahead with the game on friday,
I'm totally numb and just don't know what is happening around us, I didn't know the lad but feel like I've lost a friend, as the club has bonded team and supporter,

I think it would be best for the game to go ahead. There will be a passionate crowd there to pay their respects to the sad passing of a young man and I think the players would prefer to get out there and play for his memory.

This is absolutely horrible news.
I am deeply shocked and saddened. This is truely terrible.
My thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Leon's family and the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats club and community and those who knew from his time at Salford.
RIP

What Ive heard this morning is he went into a tackle and suffered a broken neck, this is press talk though, but I believe it to be correct RIP
