As you may, or may not, be aware, last year an album of cover versions of Specials material was released to raise funds to support The Teenage Cancer Trust - The Specialized Album. There were also a series of gigs to support the album which featured a wide variety of acts from a broad range of musical styles.
This year, they're repeating the trick with an album of covers of material by The Beat.
As a timely taster of this, they are releasing the Robb Johnson & Friends version of 'Stand Down Margaret' next Wednesday.
It'll be available from iTunes, Spotify, CD Baby, Amazon etc etc.
It's for a great cause, so get your hands in your pockets please!
