I shan't shed a tear - I find his boorish antics dull in the extreme; Top Gear disappeared up it's own backside years ago when it stopped being about cars and started being about him and his two fawning acolytes. Personally, I'd be a bit aggrieved if I'd been loved by a colleague at work and a petition was signed for the aggressor to face no sanction; I guess fans of middle-aged men smashing up cars and mocking foreigners really does have a wide appeal - love is blind! Fear not Clarkson fans - he'll be on ITV before you can say "Eeny meeny miney mo..." |
