I've seen some fantastically talented actresses over the years - but this girl is truly mesmerizing. A genuine one-off.

Watching her in Flight of the Conchords I didn't know whether I was going to die laughing or die with a broken heart.

Can't think of anyone who can flip between comedy and tragedy so naturally and intuitively. One minute you're rooting for her as the underdog - the next you're wondering whether you'll escape her alive.

And when all else fails - her voice is an animator's dream.

She's great in Bob's Burgers

She's also in 'Last Man on Earth', she absolutely steals the show.
I'd never heard of her (having not watched either of the above shows) but I agree that voice of hers is made for Pixar.
