As a long time Partridge fan, I have some trepidation - I *really* hope it works as a movie, but I'm not sure it will. |

Never liked Steve Coogan and never seen the appeal of a character like Alan Partridge. One I will be avoiding for sure! |

I think Partridge is a work of genius - most of his other characters I can very much live without, including Paul Calf; I think that's probably to do with Armando Iannucci's involvement in Partridge - he's a great writer. |

Partridge is one of the great comedy characters of all time. Fabulous writing, and great performances from Coogan. A must-see film, but I hope, like Bren, that the transition works |
