remade. Better technology these days for SFX and CGI than the ground breaking original. I'm not a fan of remakes but check out the trailer on you tube. Producers include Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell. Director and Actor of the original. So can't be that bad. |

Meh to the cgi.... there is none in this film. Am going to watch next week looking forward to a decent horror film for nearly a decade now and this promises to be a belter! |

It'll be rubbish - has there ever been a remake of a classic horror that's improved on the original? Texas Chainsaw, Nightmare on Elm St, Halloween, Friday 13th etc etc - all crap. I'm sure it will make some money, but the kids of today will never experience the unalloyed joy of some of the genuinely horrifying movies of my youth; in this particular genre, they really don't make 'em like they used to. |

Watched it last month. Waste of money, does not have the suspense or intensity of the original, just a lot more gore. |
