I think the club has the space to sign Connor now, but for Sivo (or anyone else) to come in, we would need more players to leave, which the article clearly says is possible (even expected).
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.

Whys everyone in love with Byrne now? Makes less metres per game, less carries, less yards/carry than Sangare.
