Brian Mcdermott appointed to an assistant coach role at Newcastle Knights. One of the lesser teams in the NRL at the moment. Lucky to get the gig IMHO. |

I wish him luck Under his appointment, whether you agree with him or not, I have seen the best collection of trophies after following Leeds for 50 years. Only good wishes for his career wherever it goes |

I wish him luck as well. Agree with Lurch above. I suspect he will go there for a couple of years, learn loads and come back to superleague |
