Under this stewardship we have had some of the finest moments in our historical clubs history.
I for one am very very grateful having endured over 45 years of watching Leeds in the early years after the two challenge cup wins In the late 1970 ‘s apart from one Dean bell inspired John player trophy win in the 80’s and many semi final and final losses, things were dire.
Along came Gary after working absolute miracles at Sheffield Eagles he teamed up with Mr Caddick and the club has flourished because of the drive, knowledge and focus of Gary and I for one am eternally grateful.
In my opinion only I think that we have now hit the wall Gary has aged lost focus and due to Nepotism which is holding us back we have stalled. We are not able to employ the best people for the positions only of the favoured people.
Time to realise and correct the problems get in New blood with no past ties and revive the club we all love.
Come on Gary reinvent your past glories.

Good post and you sound like a really good fan. The problem is our issues are not an easy fix, as the decline is so set in. I actually think we’d still be ok if we could somehow improve the quality of the squad. Not like good old days though. You can’t just go out and buy quality.
My criticisms in recent years have been selling a player like Parcell for no apparent reason, and with no better replacement. Even Garbutt to a degree. Then Konnie. Ok he had his critics, but Struth he was better to watch than this lot. I know people will say he wanted to leave, but we could equally have kept him if we really wanted to. I know I keep harping on about left centre, but it really is a pivotal position. All our teams who’ve won something had international quality at LC (Senior, Hardaker (short while), Moon, Konnie).
I know we won a final with Sutty at LC 2017, but injuries and confidence have reduced the potential he once had.
Rant over!

You're never as good as you think you are after your best win.
You're never as bad as you think you are after your worst defeat.

The signing of Graham Murray proved to be pivotal in our re emergence and of course Tony Smith and some small extent Bluey quality overseas coaches people with clean slates and experienced in NRL coaching methods.
