Someone once told me that Gary Hetherington couldnt handle big personalities and any coach he employs cant be seen as challenging to his authority?

Why are Leigh employees continuing to make up rubbish on a Rhinos fans forum?

Yes, he's as much to blame as anyone else. Pointless friendlies costing the squad a hard earned close season and a strict pay structure that cost us the best 9 we've had since Buderus.

Too right ! I think all the players were gutted when Aiton left. We are missing him just as much as Kev,Kylie and JP. All for the sake of a few extra quid.

Absolutely not. I don't care what anyone says. McDermott has done a terrible job SO FAR this season. When you are up against adversity from all areas you rely on your manager to deal with the situations to the best of his ability. That is why he is in the job. His job is to take away all of the problems from the players and motivate them. So far he has failed miserably. Yes we have had injuries, but our teams on paper this season have been more than good enough to be around 4th place in my opinion. His performance has to be questioned, just as it would be in any other sport or job.

Then if Mac has done a terrible job so far it's up to gh. After all it's him that gave Mac the ridiculous job for life contract
