I'm hopefully having a go at it. A lady in my running club did one a while ago in just under 4 hrs and she is 70 years old
So I have no excuse not to do it really.
e-mailed the website but no reply as yet.

just got my entry form so I guess I had better start training  I've run 20 marathons but I've never rowed one before
