I see several threads have been locked - I am purely seeking some clarification.

Surely if they have both admitted the charges then the subject is no longer sub-judicy?

Speculation as to the possible sentance is just that speculation a specialist subject on here.

they are both guilty, they've said so, i dont see the problem at all.

A criminal case does not cease to be sub-judice until sentencing has been carried out. Even following an admission of guilt.

Word from the Lord High SuperModorator is exactly as Mr Gilder states - until sentencing is completed then the case is still subjudice - if there is a grey area at all then they would rather someone else finance the test case, so for now its a no-go area as any discussion of their plea would inevitably involve someone expressing their opinion on what should happen to them.

Warrington haven't played Reardon since the whole sorry episode began and good on their moral stance in stark contrast to that displayed by the unwashed Knowsley Road outfit..

Reardon's continued recovery from injury is a mere technicality in this regard.

Potter has said he'll play Pryce as he sees it as an 'off field' incident. So if he's available, he'll be picked

Phil Clarke was on top form tonight describing Pryce's third try with the not so subtle, "Leon opened his legs and showed us what he's got."

Lovely, eh Phil.
