The real Wigan supporters for the few d!ck heads who threw things onto the pitch on Friday. As I have said in many previous posts I always enjoy my visits to Headingley and detest what happened. Unfortunately I didn't see the incident otherwise I would have identified the p!ll0ck to the stewards and police. I was with a few Leeds fans on that terrace to the left of the scoreboard (as you face it) and we had no problems at all, enjoying our chat about the game( not always agreeing ) We shook hands at the end of the match and wished each other good luck for the rest of the season. Good luck next week. |

Agreed True fans know that all clubs have idiots so don't worry about the people who claim to be fans! |

1st post & all that malarky. I was stood in the away end, towards the corner of the North Stand. I found that there was some Wigan fans who seemed to swear in every other sentence which was very OTT with kids near by sat on the wall (you can see why though, i'd be p****d off if my team were that bad too) There was some Wigan fans who were alright, having a bit of banter every time i turned to watch the screen & discussed our thoughts on whether it was a try or not and these fans i feel deserve some credit and are what make RL an enjoyable family support. |
