I saw this on the web before. Why shouldn't there be something else 'out there?' |

Indeed, also on youtube there is a good amateur vid taken in December with three orangy/white objects moving around over LS10. There seems to have been quite a few sightings in the Leeds area over the last few months and a hell of a lot more than usual world wide. |

TBH i'm very sceptical about all this UFO buisness so many "sighting's" and theories have been dis-proved over the years that i'd rather see it myself before i considered it been real. Don't get me wrong i'm sure there's something else other than us in the universe but whether these sighting's are really ufo's i'm not so sure. |

I think some people have such meaningless lives that they want to be abducted. I often wish after speaking to some of my customers that someone/something would abduct them or me. |

If there is, the distances between us and them are, as far as we know, necessarily prohibiitive of visits, unless we totally misunderstand the structure of the universe. Not impossible, but increasingly unlikely as particle physics advances. There are key questions about the organisation of life, whether it is massively unlikely fluke, whether it is the inevitable organisation of the chemicals which create it, whether it must always be of those chemicals, whether "earth-like" conditions really are imperative for it's evolution and so on. I wouldn't regard it as impossible that we have been visited by beings from elsewhere in the universe, but I would view it as vanishingly unlikely given the distances they'd need to travel and the amount of space they'd need to search to find us. I think, that while it's not impossible, there are more plausible explanations for reports of lights in the sky. Including but not limited to marijuana use. |

interesting subject matter - some of the interviews Nicky Campbell did with Timothy Good on Radio 1 years ago are on you tube - the people he was calling up as witnesses etc appeared very credible, very high level security clearance. |
