Oh wise and knowledgable TVOC

If it's not too much bother could you tell me how many academy players have won the Harry Sunderland and Lance Todd trophies for their respective clubs during the SL era?

Assuming these lists are correct:

Harry Sunderland Award

Lance Todd Trophy

It's quite a lot.

Probably easier to list the exceptions:
Harry Sunderland:

1999 - Henry Paul (Bradford)
2000 - Chris Joynt (St Helens)
2001 - Michael Withers (Bradford)
2002 - Paul Deacon (Bradford) - Debatable but he did debut for Oldham in SL.

Lance Todd:

1997 - Tommy Martyn (St Helens)
2000 - Henry Paul (Bradford)
2001 - Sean Long (St Helens)
2003 - Garry Connolly (Leeds)
2004 - Sean Long (St Helens)
2006 - Sean Long (St Helens)
2007 - Leon Pryce (St Helens)

Or something like that.

Just remember I've listed the exceptions to save me some time but all the info is there or thereabouts now.

Mark Aston could be another exception as he was a product of Castleford's Academy but I'm not sure he ever played 1st grade for them (unlike Deacon at Oldham) so I left him out.

Unlike the Lance Todd (which is pretty much 50/50), the majority of the Harry Sunderland winners have been ex-juniors for their respective teams.

Good times.
