and piss1ing myself at how poor they were, especially the 5 mins when they got a penalty and missed touch conceded a try then kicked out on the full, i text a friend and said how distant does 2003 feel now.

should all Leeds fans live the moment while it lasts at present because like at Bradford it doesnt las forever!

I doubt that even in a few years and we still aren't winning trophies we'll ever be as bad as what they were last night.

This is the year of the bulls though apparently so I'll sure they'll get back to bullying and bulldozing teams soon

Makes me laugh more when you read stuff like this

Is this kinda what Bradford have always been like, apart from a brief flash in SL and under Peter Fox ?

Quite. It's all over Rover for Bradford now.

The magic's gone, the crowds are down, they're continuing their slide on a one way ticket to mid table mediocrity and matching the image of the city they represent.

What was Sam Burgess thinking of when committing his immediate future to them, not to mention mercenary Scruton.

If ever a team was missing Andy Lynch it was that one last night. Cas has never looked so attractive.

On one hand I'm enjoying Leeds success and Bulls demise after years of grief from Bulls mates. The boots on the other foot now as they say :)

On the other hand, Leeds v Bulls games are now a pale shadow of what they were, and just doesn't seem right thinking Wakey are probably Yorkshires 2nd best club over Bradford.

I agree with TVO. Scrutes and Burgess must be wondering what the have done.

You can have the best pack in the world but if the half backs arent there then they are going to struggle, like last night.

Deacon had the worst match last night that i have seen for a LONG time, and I am considering if he is past it now........very injury prone and did nothing. I know it is only one match, but reading reports from other matches, he hasn't exactly been instrumental in moving the team around.

His kicking game was diabolical as well.

Him and Jeffries were diabolical

The problem for SL is that when Bradford are doing well they have the potential to pull big crowds etc. Can we really say the same about Wakefield? SL needs clubs like Bradford for numbers. Same with Wigan (lots of spaces there yesterday). Huddersfield had 10k+ which is encouraging and Cas should see increases.
Back with the Bulls, we should get an investigative journo to track down 'show us your trophies' man now.......
