That's a strong lineup, hopefully that's strong enough to see off Wire.

Can't see the RFL allowing us to play with that many players, but who knows

Seriously, same as last week? Give them a chance to "prove" themselves after a defeat.

I sort of agree with you, but really think it is time that Gibson is given some game time.

I was dismayed last week that he was only a substitute for the academy. How is he supposed to get back to the level he was.

I'm guessing he was only a substitute as he was in the 1st team squad, so the decision to play him was a late one. I can understand why they did that, but I do agree he could do with some game time.

Personally I would rather see Gibson thrown in this weekend than the two games after it.

If it fails this weekend, it fails. But he really needs the game time. And I dont think Watkins defence at this stage is up to what I think Warrington will throw at us this week.

Its one of those games where he can be risked in, and IMO Keith Senior could do with a rest after last weekend.

Disagree with that although I know what you mean. IMO Senior had his best game in a while last week and needs to continue on with it this week. Plus he's only played 4 games. I'd give Watkins a rest personally. Theres only so much game time a 17 year old can cope with. Look at Chev Walker as proof.[/b]

Gleeson is still the best British centre in SL - put him up against a less than match fit Gibson and he will have a field day.

The problem for Gibson is he offers little going forward due to injuries wrecking what speed he has - so if he plays all the attack will have to go down Senior's side.

I personnally would like to see Gibson played at loose forward and see how that goes.

My team would be

1. Smith
2. Donald
3. Watkins
4. Senior
5. Hall
6. Sinfield
7. McGuire
8. Kylie
9. Diskin
10.Bailey
11.JJB
12.Kirke
13.Gibson

14.Ali
15.Burgess
16.McShane
17.Peacock

I would not play Burrow - that was a pretty serious concussion and Ablett would be unlucky but I thought Kirke had a better game on Sunday.

On Watkins the only way to fast track some improvement at this level is to keep playing him - he will not improve in this area in the slower-paced academy. He will make errors that cost trys - but so do his more experienced team mates.

Given Peacock's propensity for fisty cuffs - I would not start him against this particular side.

He has played 30 minutes this season and has stats of:

7 carries
53 meters
7.6 m/carry
1 tackle bust
1 offload

Now that was his 1st 30 minutes of the season after having as good as 2 seasons out. If that is offering little going forward then i'd like to see what he can do with game time under his belt.
