I did : 8/11 for Manly to win piled in with £200 - never in any doubt from start to finish. Thanks Leeds for being so overated, thanks manly for doing the inevitable and finaly thanks Bet Fred for the £145 profit, shame I will not be doing the same next year as it seems quite obvious that you will win nowt. Will be looking for a price on you lot not making the top 2.

Incidently Bob, I note from your prediction that Wakey will finish 12th as we are "going backwards". When youve finished your reefer and rejoined the real world give me a price on a top 8 finish and we could have a little wager.

I think the reefers must be flowing too freely in recent times. My predictions have been pants so far. In terms of the SL season though, the so called 'lesser teams', Wakefield included generally start well then fade. Just like last season. Saying that you've had massive injury issues and still come out with wins.A top 8 finish is highly realistic and I hope they manage it.

Thought you might rise to the bait but hey you seem chilled out mmmmmmmmm. Last year we had a good start and dropped off at the end, however, this year we have adopted a Leeds style approach to the recruiting and stuck with the same set of players rather than making wholesale changes. with Kear and Broadbent at the helm I have to say that I feel very confident of improvement year on year. I think that this year will be very competative for all the teams and the only easy rides will be against Salford and Celtic- BRING BACK PROMOTION AND RELEGATION.

Sounds like BetFred are going to have plenty of opportunities to win their money back from you.

You'd think he was Paddy Power himself the way he's talking. Backs an odds on favourite in a two horse race and now he's offering out bets left right and centre

I have to say Ferguson looks very impressive. Pehaps the next Gareth Ellis?

Can there be another? Fergie puts the graft in on and off the field - no doubt you will come sniffing in a couple of years.
