Nowhere I have seen. Anyway as far as I know there is nothing to stop him getting a passport is there? If your parents/parent is from the UK you can be a citizen cant you? This is an ancestoral visa that was turned down.

And for Adams question... if Kirke can play like he has for the last 2 weeks (especially last night) then I think we will go OK personally.

no, but the fact that hes not coming, and it could be a pretty long time until he gets over here now, so what do you think?

from what has been reported (that i've seen) he only applied for a visa, so that he could come over sooner then waiting for his passport back in aus

edit:
going over the sporting life article again, it seems that he needed the visa as part of getting a passport :? :? doesn't seem to make sense

(iv) is able to work and intends to take or seek employment in the United Kingdom; and

(v) will be able to maintain and accommodate himself and any dependants adequately without recourse to public funds; and

(vi) holds a valid United Kingdom entry clearance for entry in this capacity
