For those calling for Mom to be released, I agree he's been ordinary and sometimes poor, but I still have a suspicion he'll come good next season. Lot's of aussies struggle in their first season in SL, I remember the crowd screaming at players not to pass to Scott Donald, because he kept dropping it in his first year, but look what a player he turned out to be.
If I remember correctly he was also Roosters goal kicker, so may be our next best option when Martin leaves.

I agree with that. I don't think we should cancel contracts unless there are exceptional circumstances, it's not great for our reputation signing new players, especially from the NRL.

Watched Mom for the Roosters last year and thought he would absolutely smash it over here,
I am hoping that he has settled by next season and lives up to the performances that I know he can provide.
I was looking for Dr Evil when the Fembots appeared & smoke started coming out of their jubblies.
They tried to work their mojo on me but I countered with my mojo & we got cross-mojonation.
And I ended up here in my pants.

He isn't the first (by a long way) and won't be the last overseas player that takes time to settle in when moving to SL.

I can't knock it as a deal to the end of the year. We are short on props anyway, and even more so with current injuries. If we were to announce him for 2025 I would not be happy, but in the short term, with Fusitua making way, it makes sense to me.
