I think this all means that RS will leave at the end of the season.
Probably announced in the coming weeks.
Then, the first job for the new DoR is to find the new coach.

Not sure what the evidence is for this conclusion.

It'll be interesting to see who applies for it. Are there many examples of this kind of role at other clubs?

I used the words "I think" because it's my opinion.
This is a place for opinions.

Sometimes opinions on here are put under the same scrutiny as testimony in a court of law. It’s ridiculous. The response is always “but this is a place for debate, is it not?”.

No problem with that, so it's just a hunch then? There's nothing wrong with asking for the basis of someone's opinion either.

We need to break the cycle. We need to do our homework and get people in who are at the cutting edge. No more yes men, no more Rhinos DNA gubbins.

Sacking Rohan now and then scrabbling around for a coach is emotionally satisfying but its gotten us nowhere nearer the top 4 the last few times weve tried it. As long as we go out and get a good pedigree coach and new assistants then Im happy enough with that.

If that coach is available now then of course, by all means thanks for your efforts RS and off you pop.

We all know that Garry isnt going to fire him, thats a job for the new director whomever that is and by the time thats been done well be nearly halfway through another season.
