Yeah, he’s not turning this around, he might stay for the rest of the season, but he can’t possibly be here next year. The whole back room staff needs to be replaced with hardened professionals who want to win above everything else.
It's not how much talent you've got, it's what you do with it that counts.
I've said it before but what the hell do they do all week in training? They can't pass, catch, kick. No heart or spirit. X man of Steel obviously a one season wonder and coach way out of his depth. What mess our club is in.

Nah Croft is a quality player playing in a poor team.

We can't four of our wins have been against teams below us and the two wins were against Salford and Catalan at home.Saints already three wins against us one being the cup at home.Three hammerings away from Warrington Catalans and Saints. There is no improvement what so ever infact we are in decline. The next four games are all winnable but as soon as we come up against a good side will be back to square one.I just cant see how Smith can keep his the job now.
I'm not a pheasant plucker, i'm a pheasant pluckers son and i'm only plucking pheasants till the pheasant plucker comes.
Why are we so poor though? We definitely have some very average players but we also have some very good ones who are playing terribly. It feels like the coach has lost a chunk of the squad. If that's happened then his situation is untenable regardless of what anybody thinks.
If he stays then results against Hull and Cas in the next couple of weeks will paper over the cracks. We haven't beaten anyone aside from the terrible trio since March, and that was Leigh, who are now playing better than when we narrowly beat them. We are 'only' 6 points from the top of the league but the gap between us and the top on the field is as big as it was in the worst of the Agar years.
