I think Mik is still carrying a shoulder injury from the end of the regular season and lots of players will have niggles at this time of year.
We can’t afford first grade props from NRL and when we tried we messed up - these kind of players have potential, make an impact on the field and could give us exactly what we’ve been missing.
Smith is definitely looking for players who can make yardage which I’m all for.

Does anyone know what his minutes were like this season at Toulose?
Smith has spoken about having that player on the bench who does smaller minutes (Walters has done a fair few short spells). If that's the initial role for Sangare, then he fits into the plan. Are there we ultimately get what we pay for. A young prop with plenty of potential will be far cheaper than a more polished player
