I would imagine the journey home will be the longest trip they have ever made.
I think everyone needs to spare a thought for the players of both teams having to witness a friend and colleague being involved in such a tragic event.
A sad tragic day for his family, loved ones and friends, the Wildcats team and fans and all people involved in Rugby league. This is shocking and heartbreaking and makes you take a step back. We go through life arguing, bickering and in today's society a lot of people not caring about anybody else. This makes us all realise how fragile life is. The rugby league community is coming together at this sad time.
I have always realised in watching Rugby league that the players take very hard knocks and put themselves on the line every time they play. Nothing more can be said. My thoughts are with his family and friends. R.I.P..

RIP to Leon. My thought sand condolences are with all the family and friends of this tragic youngster.
Also my heart goes out to all connected with the wakefield club, who unfortunatley have had to endure a tragic year.
